This page explains how users of NutriLens AI — Calorie Tracker, provided by Titans Games Studio Inc., can delete their account and associated data.
Delete your account in the app
- Open the NutriLens AI app.
- Open the Profile tab.
- Scroll to the account section.
- Select Delete account.
- Review the confirmation message and select Delete data.
Your NutriLens AI account and associated app data will be deleted, and you will be signed out.
Request deletion without access to the app
If you cannot access the app, email info@titansgamesstudio.com with the subject NutriLens AI Account Deletion Request.
Include the email address connected to your NutriLens AI account. We may request additional information to verify that you own the account before processing the request. Do not send your password.
Data that is deleted
- Your NutriLens AI authentication account
- Your profile information and profile image
- Nutrition goals and preferences
- Meal analyses and logged meals
- Meal plans and favorite foods
- Fasting sessions
- Activity, hydration, weight, body measurement, and heart-rate entries
- Reminder and notification settings associated with your account
- Other account-linked records that are configured to be removed automatically when the account is deleted
Data that may be retained
We do not intentionally retain active account data after deletion, except where retention is required for legal, security, fraud-prevention, or regulatory purposes.
- App-store subscription and purchase records may be retained by Google Play or Apple under their own policies.
- Aggregated or de-identified analytics that can no longer be linked to your account may be retained.
- Information required to investigate fraud, abuse, security incidents, disputes, or legal obligations may be retained only as necessary for those purposes.
Delete individual data without deleting your account
You can delete individual meal entries directly inside NutriLens AI without deleting your entire account. Open the applicable meal entry and use the delete option.
