* Users under the age of 13 are not permitted to create or join sessions without the explicit consent and supervision of a parent or legal guardian.
* Parents/guardians must remain present at all times during sessions involving users under 13.

* All sessions are organized by individual users (“coaches”) who provide guidance based on their own experience.
* Be My Coach does not guarantee the safety of participants, the quality of coaching, or the condition of public spaces used for activities.
* Participants join sessions at their own risk.
4. Liability
* By using our platform, you acknowledge and agree that Be My Coach, its officers, employees, and affiliates shall not be held liable for any injury, loss, damage, or accident that occurs during or as a result of participation in any session.
* Users are responsible for assessing their own fitness and ability to participate in activities and for supervising minors as required.
* Coaches are responsible for ensuring that activities are appropriate, safe, and comply with local laws and regulations.
5. Payment & Refunds
* Session fees are handled through Stripe, and all payments are subject to our payment and refund policy.
* Refunds may be processed only under specific circumstances described in the app; however, Be My Coach is not responsible for losses due to session cancellations or participant absence.
6. Personal Data
* We collect basic information such as name, email, and payment details to facilitate bookings and communications.
* We may store user location data only to facilitate session bookings.
* Personal information will not be shared with third parties except as required to process payments or comply with legal obligations.
7. User Conduct
* Users and coaches must treat all participants respectfully and follow public space rules.
* Any illegal, unsafe, or abusive behavior may result in account suspension or removal.
